Sanctuario is a membership built around a countryside estate — not a deed, but a real stake in what the land produces. It's a working farm, still being sourced, run alongside a private club, so that once it's found, you can put your hands in soil in the morning and sit down to that same harvest at the table by evening.
We are building it slowly, on purpose, for people we call the Rooted Cosmopolitan — at home in the city, but hungry for a countryside estate they actually get to live in with the rest of their circle, not just visit once a year. We call membership here a Farmship — it isn't bought outright, it's extended, one nomination and one visit at a time, so that circle stays exactly as considered as the place itself.

Sanctuario opens with two tiers: a Founding Farmship, capped at thirty, and a General Farmship that follows later. Pricing isn't set yet — founding members will help shape those terms, and their standing as founders holds regardless of how the club is priced once it opens more broadly.
Entry isn't a purchase. Prospective members are nominated, then invited for a discovery visit once the land is ready to be seen.
